Delivery Within South Africa
We offer free delivery on all orders over R1500 anywhere in South Africa.
For orders below R1500, a flat-rate shipping fee of R110 will apply at checkout.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Delivery times vary depending on your location but typically range between 1–4 business days after dispatch.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing your tracking number and courier details.
International Shipping
We proudly ship internationally.
Shipping costs for orders outside South Africa are calculated automatically at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note:
- Delivery times and customs processing vary by country.
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their destination country.
- We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international shipments due to customs and carrier delays.
Warranty & Returns Shipping
Approved warranty claim returns or exchanges must be shipped at the customer’s expense unless otherwise specified.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.
Shipping Status:
Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.
Order Changes:
Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.
Item Not Received:
If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at hello@stealthkydex.co.za.
Order Tracking and Support
You can track your order through the tracking link provided once your package has shipped.
If your order appears delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@stealthkydex.co.za.
Our team will work with you and the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
